We would like to introduce some foldable furniture such as table and wall-mounted bench seats in service lanes, where people can just sit there and have a chat with the neighbours and thus enhance interaction among people. Moreover, as most university students work as a private tutors, they need find place to have lessons with students. With these tables and bench seat, they can have a place to have lessons in their neighbourhood.

Ways of Operation
The furniture are foldable so that they can be folded up when they are not in use. Therefore, even in the service lanes that served as EVA, we can still have these kinds of furniture. Little supervision is needed. However, regular maintenance is needed. They can be managed by the Leisure and Cultural services Department.
