As we will introduce fitness facilities in the service lanes, people will need drinkable water near them and thus drinking machines become necessary in the service lanes. Moreover, providing more drinking machines in services lane in residential areas can encourage people to exercise, to run for example, as they can just stop by the service lanes in their neighbourhood and drink water, then carry on their running.

Ways of Operation
Drinking machines are not bulky in size and are durable. Once installed, they only need very little supervision and nearly zero operational cost as filters need to be replaced once every 6 months only. They can be installed and managed by the Leisure and Cultural services Department as they are currently managing the drinking machines in the leisure park in residential areas.
